    CALCULATE YOUR MAINTENANCE CALORIES


    Looking to build muscle, cut down on your body fat or to simply maintain your weight? Try out my Maintenance Calorie Calculator ( your Total Daily Energy Expenditure - TDEE)  to figure out how many calories you need in order to maintain your weight.


    From there, to lose weight, simply reduce 200-400 calories; or to gain weight, simply eat an additional 200-500 calories every day. Do this consistently, and watch your weight go down/up as you desire.
