Once you Enrol/Sign up for any of our MSF Transformation Plans using the secure checkout option on our website, you will receive 2 emails:
1. Your Payment Receipt
2. Further steps regarding your sign up
In this further steps, I will collect all the details about your current body (height, weight, age, gender, etc), lifestyle, preferences, whether you have access to any equipments or not and your fitness goals. Based on your response to this questionnaire, I prepare your meal plan and workout plan for week 1 and send it over to you on your email.
Once you begin, I will personally collect your feedback and progress report at the end of your Week 1 and prepare your next week's plan accordingly.
