Check your inbox for the MSF Fitness Questionnaire. Fill out the questionnaire with as much details as you can and submit it. I’ll prepare your personalised MSF plan based on your responses.

Step 3

Each week, you will receive an Updated, Personalized MSF Plan in your inbox; as well as my guidance, support, and motivation through your MSF journey.

MSF Transformation Challenge Plan includes:

5. How to win?
