MSF Diet Plan

You get a 6-day diet plan that tells you what and how much to eat to meet your specific goals. You get tasty recipes for each meal so things are quick and easy for you. The plan is customised for your body, lifestyle, and taste in food. The 7th day is a cheat day.

The plan is updated weekly bearing in mind the changes that are taking place in your body. I collect feedback from you around day 5 of each week, and make the next week’s plan accordingly.

All foods are completely natural. At most you would be required to take whey protein, but this too is not mandatory.

You also get my constant support and motivation throughout our journey together and thereafter, via email 24x7.

MSF Workout Plan 

You get a detailed and comprehensive personalised workout plan that you can do either at the gym or at home (based on your preference). The plan is based on your fitness goals and the kind of physique you desire.

You also get a complete mobility warm-up and post workout stretching routine to avoid injuries and aid faster muscle recovery.

Also included are extreme ab circuits to ensure you hit your abdominal and core muscles from different angles – giving you a chiselled look and a stronger core.

How MSF Works

You receive a fully customised MSF Plan in your inbox each week, based on your height, weight, fitness goals, day-to-day lifestyle, and food habits. MSF Plans are updated each week after monitoring your progress and collecting your feedback.

Step 1

Add your personalised MSF Plan to cart, and proceed to pay. Important: Make sure to check the box on the billing page to ensure MSF emails land in your inbox!

Step 2

Check your inbox/spam for the MSF Fitness Questionnaire. Fill out the questionnaire with as many details as you can and submit it. I’ll prepare your personalised MSF plan based on your responses.

Step 3

Each week, you will receive an Updated, Personalized MSF Plan in your inbox; as well as my guidance, support, and motivation through your MSF journey.
